School and Masjid Expansion

    By the Grace of Allah (SWT) we completed a small expansion of our Masjid last year.  Our entire community benefits from this Masjid and the variety of programs it offers on a daily basis.  With a growing community of young families there is a need for a larger place to better serve our local community.There are over 100 Muslim families in the Lewisville, Flower Mound and surrounding areas, and growing, Alhamdulillah.  Due to limited space we have crowded Sunday school classes, and Quran School, and not enough space for Youth programs and community events like Iftar and monthly Family Nights.Current Masjid activities include:   five daily prayers, Islamic education and Quran Classes (Tafseer and Tajweed for all ages), Jumaah prayers, monthly family night, monthly Youth halaqa, Ramadan Iftar, Taraweeh prayers, Eid prayers and Eid festivities, social and educational activities.

    Next Phase: Masjid and School Expansion

    Project Information: This multi-phase project will, Insha-Allah,  consist of a Multipurpose Hall with a capacity to accommodate 500 people, 10 classrooms to accommodate Sunday school,  Quran and Youth events, large room for public events, offices and conference room, and more parking. The project is estimated to be 1.4 million dollars.

    Why we need your support: The masjid represents the center of our community. Supporting the masjid project is one of the best ways to earn continuous reward from Allah (SWT). It is one of the gates to the good, through your on-going charity. This also helps to establish the foundation from which our children will strengthen their awareness of Islam and strengthen their Muslim identity.
