Hifdh Program
Part-time Qur’an memorization and retention after school, for ages 7 and up, at IALFM Masjid in Flower Mound.
Ages 7+
Hifdh — Part-Time Hifdh & Retention
An after-school program to begin, continue and retain Qur’an memorization: daily new memorization (sabaq), recent revision (sabaqi) and older revision (manzil), with tarbiyah and adab. Small classes, separate for boys and girls, with regular progress reports.
Students attend the full two-hour session, five days a week. Being part-time, it is not a substitute for a full-time Hifdh program, and finishing the whole Qur’an in two to three years is not guaranteed.
Parent guide
- Review daily sabaq, sabaqi and manzil and the progress sheets with your child.
- Closed campus: arrive before the session; pick up promptly at the designated entrance.
- Bring a teacher-approved Qur’an, notebook, folder and labeled water bottle — no phones, smartwatches or toys.
- Tell the team in advance about absences, lateness, or anyone else picking up (they will need ID).
- Modest, loose, full-coverage clothing.
